No seating makes waiting a misery
No seating makes waiting a misery! I arrived early during the night as I live far from the airport. I was disappointed to see hardly any seating before going through departures. I had to resort to sitting in the Special Assistance section. Either that or stand for 4 hours! Something must be done about this. People are draped over benches and floors. Despicable!
Lots of on-airport parking options

Currently sat at a gate waiting for an airbeidge to attach to the plane... 30 min wait. Aparently no staff to attach the bridge???? And LGW want to open a second runway and increase capacity!!!! !
Perhaps you should get your house in order before considering an expansion?
What a joke this airport is.

If one could put in flight numbers you could advise entry and exit times in consideration of checking in and out.

Car covered in cement and dirt on return from holiday. Took pictures but unfortunately cannot upload pics on trustpilot. So much dirt, unable to see if paintwork is also damaged. Very dismissive staff. Made a complaint and told I would hear back within a week. That was 1 month ago. 5 miles also added to odometer. Apparently they park cars at a construction site.

It's very difficult and you feel uncomfortable to book parking at Gatwick Airport, I just hope this site is OK

Absolutely shocking
Absolutely shocking, originally booked and paid £78.00 in april, B.A cancelled flights so had to re-book for ONE day earlier. Had to pay current price of £127.00 on re- booking.
Poor and money grabbing in these current times.
In response to the reply from gatwick parking
Please be advised we did of coarse contact the customer service department by telephone. Your operator simply stuck by your policy rules and refused to help or offer any assistance in the matter.
You have still had our payment in your account since the original booking and we have to alter the dates through no fault of our own. I think you should do the right and decent thing by refunding the addition £49.00
Expensive amendment
Easyjet changed our flight to depart a few hours earlier on the same day and we were charged an extra £48 pounds for the few extra hours of parking ie nearly £10 an hour. Following my review was given a rebate of more than the extra charge.
Always so easy and efficient!
Fantastic, use it every time.
30 mile round trip on airport
Having zeroed my trip mileage when handing over keys to Gatwick Parking I was concerned to find the car had done over 30 miles in my absence? GP have yet to respond to my query regarding this.

Car not ready. Had to wait an hour.
I had to arrive back early and as required I phoned ahead to say we were returning to the UK a few days early. Very disappointed that the car was not ready and I have to wait an hour for it to be available.
SUCH AN AWFUL PLACE FOR VISITORS TO ARRIVE
This week i had the unfortunate experience of having to meet a relative arriving at Gatwick North International arrivals who was arriving business class on an Emirates flight from Dubai. Gatwick North Terminal International arrivals is the most miserable place you can possibly image. It is having terrible lighting and gives the appearance of being unclean and the ladies toilets were filthy. It has an arrivals board that is little larger than your average domestic tv and is consequently difficult to read. I do hope that international visitors do not take this as an example of what to expect in the UK because if they do, they will probably get on the next flight back home. Major international airports should set very high standards which this one certainly does not. Just as well Gatwick did not receive government approval for expansion.
